The Bill and Donna Ratliff Scholarship Fund has been established to ensure individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have access to the life-changing programs at Next Step Ministries.
After moving to Georgia to live with their sister Donna and her husband Bill, Kent and Todd Wilson found a second home at Next Step Ministries. As a Board member, Bill's heart was touched upon learning that NSM had provided over $100,000 in services to families unable to afford care. Determined to make a difference, he and Donna took action.
